接続元制限をしていませんが、外国語の投稿であふれないよう、日本語投稿が流れてきたユーザーを自動で許可リストに追加するという方式をとっています（2023/8/6以降）。
既にNostrで日本語で投稿されたことがある方ならほぼ誰でも使えるようになってるはずです。
* kind0〜10の最大イベントサイズを512KBまで増やしてます。
* 一部レートリミットなどを緩和しています。
